- Led the NATOPS department through a thorough review of all training instructions, lectures and administrative practices resulting in an exceptional outside evaluation. - The Navy's primary NATOPS evaluators found the training program exceeded standards and was considered "exceptionally robust" resulting in the squadron being scored in the top 12% of all P-3 commands.
- Command Services Department (CSD) was charged with providing the squadron personnel with lunch and dinner as well as continuous access to refreshments via the Auxiliary Retail Outlet (ARO). CSD also designed, sourced, purchased and sold all squadron pride memorabilia such as t-shirts, hats, challenge coins, etc. - Oversaw monthly sales of $4000 to $5000 using the funds to ensure all requirements were fulfilled for both ARO and CSD functions. - Cultivated relationships with several vendors to provide all necessary products for the squadron, ensuring proper inventory, ordering, and stocking was completed on a weekly basis.
- Coordinated and tracked an operational/targeted budget of $7.5 million dollars ensuring 100% accountability for all aircraft operational expenditures. - Managed crew scheduling, airlift requirements, diplomatic clearances, and flight hours for 184 personnel and 459 worldwide aircraft missions. - Highly qualified Intelligence, Surveillance and Reconnaissance (ISR) operator and technician specializing in Long range Electro-optic systems accruing 350 combat flight hours.

- Planned and executed 28 Chief of Naval Operations (CNO) and foreign dignitary travel itineraries to 48 cities around the world with a budget in excess of $2.5 million dollars accounting for all expenditures for personnel per diem, lodging expenses, and aircraft operating expenses. - Provided flight communication and computer support to the CNO staff. Spearheaded a technology upgrade to the aircraft computer and display systems which increased mission capabilities by 24% as well as contributed greatly to the embarked staff's comfort and safety.
